Who Is Ana Hernandez?
 Welcome! My name is Ana Hernandez. I appreciate your interest and the time taken to learn a little bit more about me. I respect you time so I'll be brief.
First, I still and probably always will choose to work offline. Not because I have to, but because I have these two great big passions in my life.
The first is a genuine love of serving people and their needs- the very passions that led me into the field of medicine. In fact, I've been a very successful family physician since 1995 and since that time I've made quite a career for myself. I went into solo practice in 1998 even purchasing my own office space. Yeah, you guessed it! I certainly did pick up my share of those nasty little headaches & responsibilities that come with being 'the boss'. Any idea what it takes to roll out a profession and forge a career? Let's see...
Student loans? "Ka-Ching! $100 grand"
And that's just the tip of this iceberg...
...add business & mortgage loans, licenses, employees, medical & office supplies, health malpractice & liability insurance costs, utilities, maintenance, inspectors, inspections, employees, janitors, continuing medical education courses & seminars!
"Ka-Ching! Ka-Ching! Ka-Ching! Care to guess how much?"
Oh, and did I mention employees? Now there's another chapter of pain...
So what's my second passion you might ask? Well if you heard my little blurb you already know that I'm truly passionate about marketing! You see I'm one of those crazy type A's that just can't stay still! It wasn't enough for me to just graduate and trump off to work. Nope! I had more dreams to make a reality and shortly after my graduation from medical school I made my online debut with one of the most welcomed and powerhouse newsletter in the market at the time. I named my project, "NETfabulous! Marketing- A Study Of The Lost Art of Common-Sense Marketing" and I loved every minute of it. That was the short version; actually it was originally titled "NETrageouz! Marketing" until a little tug of war ensued with another online presence coining the 'netrageous' term, so not to quibble I concede the name change and went about my way delivering powerful marketing materials to 1,000's of eager readers each month. But alas, all things have their time and medicine was my first duty. In fact, I was SO GOOD at marketing that I built a 3,000 patient practice in little less than 3 years! "SO, when can I sleep?" I asked myself. And of course the answer obviously led to the demise of "NETfabulous!" ...But I'm back!
 In reality I am the doctor and I know the medicine. But I also know one thing that most business people in many professions soon forget, and that is that "I am not a physician, I MARKET medical services". I focus everything I do through the lense of my customer's perspective. This is how any business is made successful, by using common sense marketing which is common to those businesses that become uncommonly successful!
Now after building the behemoth, I've used my extremely successful marketing skills to offer and land the sale of this medical practice for an incredibly insane profit! Yahoo!! I've just unloaded the mother load of headaches and now that the administrative part is off my back I can get back to my second passion! And not a minute too soon either, I say.
Look, if you are, or contemplate soon becoming a business owner, make sure to tread lightly through troubled waters my friend.
Think virtual! If only to allow yourself the opportunity of dreaming BIG! Dream of portability, dream of cash leveraging, dream of automation and NEVER NEVER underestimate the power of RESIDUAL INCOME! Believe me, if you think selling your time for money's a good ticket, let me reset your mind. I tell you that there is not enough time in the day that you can sell that will be enough to build your nest egg while living comfortably and fully in the present moment. And I don't mean the 'yuppie' credit card financed version either. I mean "The Millionaire Next Door" book by Thomas J. Stanley version. ...You see, I am excited about having found an answer to a longstanding question. I finally have my perfect virtual office. It's like holding the winning lotto ticket when your are being mentored by not ONE but TWO of the best online business partners which happen to be two of the most sought after motivational team leaders in the industry! Double Jackpot! Learning from years of mistakes I can now help you steer past the bling, bling 'cause that all that glitters online is not gold. The fancy suits, boats, cars and flying dollar bills are 'pie in the sky tools of the here today, gone tomorrow' marketing gurus!! Forget about all of that!
Listen this is a real opportunity, but like my sponsors say, "this ain't no sprint, it's a marathon". After pouring over books and programs, my best decisions was to find good training coaches to work with as I swam the shark infested waters of the online marketing industry. And I made a great decision! For one thing, I don't have to sell anything. Nada. Zip! I don't do Herbalife or Amway or stock any %@#& in the basement... No, thank you!
I can still be the 'doc' in the real world but now I choose my work schedules and work when I want to and not because I need to. Wouldn't you agree with me that this is true wealth?! And my bills are paid up! Blissful! My life changed because I chose to take the challenge and forged great relationships with high achievers in the business- some as high as seven figure earners! With their help I'm catapulted to greater levels of achievement, doing what would have taken years to accomplish. "Who the heck has time for the learning curve? Not me!" I just implement what works, and toss out the rest. And isn't this why most businesses fail? See, most people just can't learn fast enough to keep from getting burned before they are out of money! But listen up so this won't happen to you!
I want to help you build a virtual business. To be successful all you need to do is follow proven 'common sense marketing strategies' from mentors that are already doing so successfully. I am truly interested in YOUR success!
More Personal History
Well, you know the story so far. Filling in some details: There was premed, and med school, and internship, and residency, and then work, work, work... Along the way I made dean's list for 2 semesters in premed, graduated with honors from med school in 1992, was elected Chief Resident of the Family Practice Department in 1994-1995 and had lots of other interesting and wonderful things happen in my career that were very exciting and special to me.
I really don't mean to put it all out there because I know that entrepreneurial greatness does not come from inheriting special genes, or from inborn talents. You do not need to be intellectually gifted, or inherit a huge bank account to succeed in business. Success is not dependent on race, color or social status. It's all about the winning marketing mindset that you need to learn from us. I talk of my success because I want to give you a sense that I have known success, direction and consistency throughout my life. So, why would my online presence be anything less?
My Hobbies
I love classical music. I was trained formally on the piano and have a beautiful piano that plays for me when I don't have the time to play for myself. I trained myself informally on the guitar ("pianos are unusually non-portable.. a minor oversight  on my part").
I love gardening and making room on this planet for more greenstuff and butterflies. I adore animals and have absolutely no shame to just crawl about the floor and get to their level anytime possible (trust me; my partner gives me grief for that one). I paint. I like to faux paint, to add textures and age wall & doors.
Just don't ask me how but I make time for all of the things that I love to do!
Can you afford to do the same in your life? Can you afford not to?
Life is just too darn short to sacrifice your todays for tomorrows.
Friends and Family
I love time with family and friends. In fact, life without sharing special moments is not good enough, I just don't care how much money you make. If you don't have the time for your friends and family you are not rich by any means!

I was all smiles now that life has changed & I have newfound time to enjoy those precious moments with the people I most love.
Time passes so quickly that it's shameful to waste it doing the things that don't stimulate your creativity!
 Here's a real goofy-face picture of my dad. And how exactly do you get your dad to go completely childlike, you ask? Easy!
Surprise him with a bag full of childhood dreams: a new tee, trunks, cap, huge beach towel and flip flops after church on Sunday in honor of his birthday & treat your whole family to a huge breakfast brunch buffet at Nikki Beach in South Beach Florida, that's how!
This wonderful being is not just my mom, she's my best friend. She is the first & greatest mentor in my world having taught me â'common sense' rules on living a good life. She taught me the Laws of Karma whose lessons include things like "Never Take More Than You Need & Never Take If It Disregards The Needs Of Others" To this day I try to give as much, if not more than I receive in anything that I do in my life. Thank you so  much mother, you are my greatest inspiration for rightful living.
Here we were taking off on a weekender cruise! It wasn't her birthday though, just something that came up on the fly and we went with it. She's retired, and I am financially capable of doing these wonderful activities in celebration of living! You know, you can never tell how many days you have left with the ones that have sacrificed everything and their youthful ways just so that you can develop into a magnificent creature of God. She is SO worth it
This was such very exciting time in my life! This picture shows me (I am the one sitting front and center) with my two  very best friends (ladies in black) and the special acquaintances that we made in Tampa, Florida back in 2006. We formed a Real Estate Investor's Club naming ourselves "The Trinity Group" ™
But this wasn't just about fun; it was lucrative & wildly exhilarating using the extra cash that came in from my online ventures to soak up some real estate bargains. Trinity bought and sold several new homes in the Tampa Bay area and used our marketing skills to make wonderful returns on our money. You know, when you have such good life-long friends in mutually respectful relationships, everyone feels like family so it's easy mixing business with pleasure.
But we're not just goofin' around here, we're here to do business. And we just can't wait to see the market give us signals that itâ is time to repeat our success!

If it weren't so darn bizarre I would probably just trick or treat with the kids too! I'm not platinum blonde as you can tell from my other pictures, I have very dark brown hair but it's all about the dress up and the fun of it. I had a blast that night!

Did I mention my newsletter? Hee hee, shameless... But I have to show you that "I've been here, done that!" so I've googled some information for you. In fact, I ran a search for my name and the newsletter in google 'cause I just can't find the darn disk that housed the back issues. I also did a search for a marketing friend I made along the way and to my great pleasure realize that he's a big shot now. Congrats to Jim Daniels of JDD Publishing!
